A UAE tax invoice is not just a layout. It has to carry the supplier TRN, the customer details, a sequential invoice number, the VAT rate and amount, and a clear total. This template covers those fields and exports a clean A4 PDF.
Supplier name, address and TRN; customer name and TRN where they are registered; a unique sequential invoice number; the invoice date; a description of goods or services; the taxable amount; the VAT rate applied; the VAT amount; and the total including VAT. A simplified invoice has fewer requirements but only for small-value sales to consumers.
Arabic company and client names are supported, including right-to-left text in the exported PDF. Many UAE businesses issue bilingual invoices, and a template that mangles Arabic is worse than no template.
The standard VAT rate in the UAE is 5%. Your TRN is 15 digits. Put both on the invoice exactly as registered, because a mismatch is what causes a customer to reject an invoice for input VAT recovery.
The template covers the standard tax-invoice fields. It is a document generator, not tax advice, and you remain responsible for the content and for your VAT registration obligations.
Yes. Arabic company and client names export correctly, and a font is loaded when the export needs one.
